For a Gallon of Refreshing Iced Tea:
1. Place 1 cup of loose leaf tea in 32 oz. EZ Brew
2. Fill with the appropriate temperature water (see below)
3. Steep for the appropriate time (see below)
4. Dispense over ice in a gallon jug
5. Add more water and/or ice to make a full gallon of iced tea

Water Temperature and Steeping Times
BLACK ICED TEA: 4 minutes in boiling water – do not steep longer than 4 minutes or tea may become bitter
GREEN TEA: 3 minutes in 175 degree water
HERBALS: 5 – 6 minutes
