Cherry On! (My Wayward Son)
Washington, D.C. and their Cherry Blossoms have nothin’ on this sweet green tea! Rip open a bag and the waft of cherriness will greet your olfactory nerves and send you to the nation’s capital in spring time. (Too much?) It truly is a nice green tea. With cherries. Plain and simple. You won’t be disappointed–if you like green tea and you like cherries.Ingredients: Chinese Sencha, Organic Orange Peel, Cherry Flavor
Sharpshooter Green
A pleasant blend of tart lemon with the sweetness of green tea. Made with gunpowder green tea, the lemon softens the experience. Makes excellent iced tea.
Luxury Ingredients: Green tea, Lime + Lemon pieces, Calendula + Sunflower petals, Natural flavors (organic compliant).

Gunslinger Green
Sea captains ferrying precious cargoes back to the West dubbed this granular tea gunpowder, in reference to that common tool of warfare. This tumble-fired Chinese classic comes in many grades, the finest of which is Gunslinger Green. The choicest leaves and buds make the smallest “pellets,” which render an olive colored cup when brewed, slightly sweet and strikingly nutty. A second infusion is usually possible.
Ingredients: green tea
Nut Muffin
We were going to call this new tea “Nut ‘n’ Berry” because that’s what it’s filled with–nuts and berries. However, the more we tasted it, the more our staff said, “But it tastes like a muffin. A nice warm, sweet muffin.” So Nut Muffin it is!
Ingredients: green tea, apple, orange, raspberry leaves, cranberries, pecan flavor, cocoa nibs

Oolong

Milk Oolong
Our Milk Oolong tea is a Taiwanese tea that tastes buttery, smells creamy, and has flavor notes that taste like sweet milk, although it contains no dairy. Because the area where it’s grown is so small, the amount of true Milk Oolong harvested is rare and, as a result, pricier
Ingredients: Oolong Tea from Quanzhou in the Fujian Province of Southeast Asia
Pu-erh
Pumpkin Spice
Who says pumpkin is reserved for the fall? This tea will change your mind and have you drinking it all year-long. Subtle yet rich with the spices that make pumpkin remind you of home.
Luxury Ingredients: Loose leaf cooked (shou) pu-erh, cinnamon, cardamom, whole cloves, pumpkin pie flavor, organic ginger root
Caramel Pecan
What would happen if we blended one of our favorite teas (Scottish Caramel) with a Pecan Rooibos? The earthiness of a pu-erh meets the sweetness of caramel and pecans and the smoothness of a red tea. How about we throw in a little dark chocolate?

Intoxicating blueberry aroma coupled with a fair amount of caffeine “buzz”, this tea is excellent both hot or cold. It has a sprightly full flavor of the tiny wild blueberry. As an iced tea, serve with a pinch of sugar.

State Street Tea
We blended our Tea Cellar Black tea with Lemon and Lavender herbal; it’s actually three parts herbal and one part black, but it somehow just works. We love it iced! The tanginess of the lemon comes thru in a big way and yet it doesn’t distract from the solid black tea we’ve paired it with.
Cinnamon Spice
We’ve looked high and low for the right blend of cinnamon and spice and everything nice and we do believe we found it for you. We refuse to believe it’s a seasonal tea-it’s so very tasty and smooth that we plan to carry it year round!
Ingredients: Keemun Black OP 1265, Org. Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Cinnamic Aldehyde, Whole Cloves.
Ginger Turmeric
Do you have a Ginger Tea? Do you have a Turmeric Tea? We’ve heard these requests for months now. This tea delivers both.
We rarely (if ever) discuss medicinal benefits associated with our teas, but we do agree that both offer a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant element. Please, as always, feel free to research the scientifically-proven benefits for yourself.
In the meantime, enjoy a cup of tea that your body will thank you for!
Ingredients: Green Tea, Black Tea, Ginger pieces, Turmeric, Bael Nut, Red/Blue Cornflower petals
Farmer's Market Kettle Corn
This tea will take you by surprise. Even skeptics will later say, “I didn’t think I’d like it, but it’s soooooo good!” It smells just like Kettle Corn–without the added calories! If you’re looking for a “fall tea”, look no further. It fits the bill. It really does.
Ingredients: Black Tea, popped rice, apple pieces, white chamomile, safflower petals.
Common Grounds
Is it coffee? Is it tea? That was the end goal when blending this unique “tea.” We worked with Fat Cup Coffee in Waterloo and tested several of his freshly-roasted beans. We decided to use Espresso Beans–coarsely ground–and an addition of cocoa beans. It smells like tea. Tastes like coffee. Or is it the other way around? It smells like coffee. Tastes like tea. You decide….
Ingredients: Black Tea Pu-erh, Fat Cup Espresso Beans, Cocoa Beans, Green Coffee Beans, Ground Coffee, Chamomile Petals
Salty Mama
Leave it to a couple of our staff to experiment with a new blend. They took Mama’s Apple Pie and combined it with Salted Caramel Drizzle. It combined the best of both worlds–the cinnamon and apples of Mama’s and the caramel of Salted Caramel. The result is one Salty Mama! So good! If you love a flavored tea, this is the one. We hope you love it! (And don’t be afraid to blend teas you have at home–who knows what great concoction you’ll come up with!)
Ingredients: Black tea, Green Tea, Rooibos, Salted butter caramel chunks, apple pieces, cinnamon, flavor. (Allergen Alert for Lactose contained in Caramel)
Black Cherry Blossom
What is it about cherries in a black tea that is so soothing? Even the aroma of this tea steeping will test your patience…
We used this tea in a Valentine latte with cherry syrup and the result was near-perfection. We hope you’ll agree.
Ingredients: Black tea, rose hips, cherries, wild cherry flavor, blackberry flavor, rose petals
Butterscotch Black
We used this black tea in a fall latte and customers were asking to purchase it year-long. So we caved….lol! It’s a nice mild black tea with a hint of sweet butterscotch coming thru with every sip. So warming. So comforting. So yummy.
Ingredients: Black tea, apple pieces, cocoa nibs, rose hips, butterscotch flavor, marigold flavors.

Blackberry Papaya
This has to be one of our prettiest teas ever (not that THAT’s important), but thought I’d share. We love serving it iced AND it quickly became our most popular Tea Lemonade last summer–we call it HiYa Papaya.
Ingredients: hibiscus, apple, butterfly pea flower, rose hips, orange, papaya, strawberries, blueberries, natural blackberry flavor.
Cranberry Bark
We introduced Cranberry Bark during the holidays and customers found it to be one of their favorites! So we decided to add it to our list of 85 teas–which is now 86 teas. It has a smooth chocolate flavor with vibrant cranberry bites. The fruity sweetness is tempered by a nutty cocoa finish.
