Is it coffee? Is it tea? That was the end goal when blending this unique “tea.” We worked with Fat Cup Coffee in Waterloo and tested several of his freshly-roasted beans. We decided to use Espresso Beans–coarsely ground–and an addition of cocoa beans. It smells like tea. Tastes like coffee. Or is it the other way around? It smells like coffee. Tastes like tea. Salty Mama
Leave it to a couple of our staff to experiment with a new blend. They took Mama’s Apple Pie and combined it with Salted Caramel Drizzle. It combined the best of both worlds–the cinnamon and apples of Mama’s and the caramel of Salted Caramel. The result is one Salty Mama! So good! If you love a flavored tea, this is the one.
